Development routes is an advanced award designed for practitioners
who can demonstrate leadership and expertise in their area of work.
It is appropriate for Vets
who want to make a contribution to the development of services in their
organisation and in their profession through policy making, innovative
practice, research and education.
The award requires both evidence
of competence at an advanced level and completion of a significant
project in work-based studies.
